Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a small baking dish.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Spread mixture evenly in baking dish and bake for 10–12 minutes until hot and bubbly.
- In a separate bowl, mix tomatoes, olive oil, balsamic glaze, basil, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Top baked dip with tomato mixture, drizzle extra balsamic glaze, and serve warm with toasted bread.
Notes
Drain excess tomato juice to avoid watery dip. Best served warm.
