Ingredients
  

Creamy Base
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 0.5 cup mayonnaise
  • 0.5 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 0.5 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • salt and pepper to taste
Bruschetta Topping
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes diced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp balsamic glaze plus extra for drizzling
  • 0.25 cup fresh basil chopped
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a small baking dish.
  2. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  3. Spread mixture evenly in baking dish and bake for 10–12 minutes until hot and bubbly.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix tomatoes, olive oil, balsamic glaze, basil, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  5. Top baked dip with tomato mixture, drizzle extra balsamic glaze, and serve warm with toasted bread.

Notes

Drain excess tomato juice to avoid watery dip. Best served warm.
