  • 14 oz smoked sausage sliced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese grated

Method
 

  1. Cook pasta until al dente and reserve pasta water.
  2. Brown sausage in skillet and set aside.
  3. Sauté vegetables and garlic.
  4. Add broth and cream; simmer until thickened.
  5. Stir in Parmesan and return sausage to pan.
  6. Add pasta and toss to coat.
