- Brown ground beef in a large pot until crumbly. Drain excess fat.

- Add heavy cream and cheddar; stir until smooth and creamy.

Notes
For a lighter soup, use ground turkey and low-fat cream cheese. Add crushed tortilla chips to thicken if desired.
