- Wash and thinly slice the cucumbers. For extra crunch, lightly salt them and let sit for 10 minutes, then pat dry.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, lemon juice, vinegar, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and honey until smooth.
- Stir in chopped fresh dill.
- Add sliced cucumbers to the bowl and toss gently until evenly coated in dressing.
- Refrigerate for at least 20–30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
- Stir before serving and adjust seasoning if needed.
Notes
For thicker texture, salt and drain cucumbers before mixing. Best enjoyed within 24 hours for maximum crunch.
