Ingredients
  

Salad
  • 3 medium cucumbers thinly sliced
Creamy Dressing
  • 0.75 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp white vinegar or apple cider vinegar
  • 1 garlic clove finely minced
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill chopped
  • 0.5 tsp salt adjust to taste
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper freshly ground
  • 0.5 tsp honey optional

Method
 

  1. Wash and thinly slice the cucumbers. For extra crunch, lightly salt them and let sit for 10 minutes, then pat dry.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, lemon juice, vinegar, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and honey until smooth.
  3. Stir in chopped fresh dill.
  4. Add sliced cucumbers to the bowl and toss gently until evenly coated in dressing.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 20–30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
  6. Stir before serving and adjust seasoning if needed.

Notes

For thicker texture, salt and drain cucumbers before mixing. Best enjoyed within 24 hours for maximum crunch.
