Ingredients
  

Dressing
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt plain
  • 0.5 cup feta cheese crumbled
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice fresh
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh dill chopped
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper
  • 1-2 tbsp water optional for thinning

Method
 

  1. Combine Greek yogurt and feta cheese in a mixing bowl.
  2. Add olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, dill, and black pepper.
  3. Blend in a food processor for a smooth texture or whisk for a chunkier dip.
  4. Add water gradually to reach desired dressing consistency.
  5. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
  6. Serve immediately or refrigerate for 15–30 minutes for best flavor.

Great as a salad dressing, dip for vegetables, or sauce for roasted vegetables and grilled meats.
