Casserole
  • 4 chicken thighs or breasts

  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 cups mushrooms sliced
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream

Method
 

  1. Sear chicken until golden and set aside.
