Ingredients
  

  • 4 pork chops boneless or bone-in
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 0.5 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

Method
 

  1. Season pork chops with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  2. Sear pork chops in olive oil over medium-high heat until golden; remove and set aside.
  3. Melt butter in the same skillet and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  4. Deglaze pan with chicken broth, scraping up browned bits.
  5. Stir in cream, Parmesan, and Italian seasoning; simmer until thickened.
  6. Return pork chops to skillet and simmer until cooked through.

Notes

Serve with mashed potatoes, rice, or crusty bread to soak up the sauce.
