- Season pork chops with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Sear pork chops in olive oil over medium-high heat until golden; remove and set aside.
- Melt butter in the same skillet and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Deglaze pan with chicken broth, scraping up browned bits.
- Stir in cream, Parmesan, and Italian seasoning; simmer until thickened.
- Return pork chops to skillet and simmer until cooked through.
