- Cook tortellini according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
- Season steak with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in skillet and sear steak until browned. Remove and rest.
- Melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Add cream and Italian seasoning, simmer gently.
- Stir in Parmesan until sauce thickens.
- Slice steak against the grain.
- Add tortellini and steak back to skillet and toss.
- Garnish with parsley and serve.
Notes
Reheat gently with extra cream if needed.
