Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb steak sirloin or ribeye, cubed
  • 20 oz cheese tortellini
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese grated

Method
 

  1. Cook tortellini and set aside.
  2. Sear steak in hot skillet and remove.
  3. Make garlic cream sauce, then combine steak and tortellini.

Notes

Best served immediately while sauce is creamy.
