Ingredients
  

Spread
  • 1 cup feta cheese crumbled
  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup green olives chopped
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper
  • 0.5 tsp dried oregano optional
  • red pepper flakes optional

Method
 

  1. Add feta, cream cheese, olive oil, garlic, and lemon juice to a food processor and blend until smooth.
  2. Add chopped olives and pulse until incorporated but still textured.
  3. Season with black pepper, oregano, and red pepper flakes.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

Best served chilled. Add extra olive oil for a silkier texture.
