Soup
  • 6 potatoes diced
  • 4 slices bacon chopped
  • 2 cups cabbage sliced
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 4 cups broth
  • 1 cup cream

Method
 

  1. Cook bacon until crispy and set aside.
  2. Sauté onion and garlic in butter.
  3. Add potatoes and broth, simmer until tender.
  4. Mash partially for creamy texture.
  5. Add cabbage and cook until tender.
  6. Stir in cream and bacon, then serve.
