Ingredients
  

Chicken & Seasoning
  • 6 chicken thighs bone-in or boneless
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp onion powder
Creamy Sauce
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 0.5 cup grated parmesan
  • 1 tsp italian seasoning
  • 0.5 tsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley chopped

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (205°C).
  2. Season chicken thighs with olive oil, salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  3. Sear chicken thighs 2–3 minutes per side until lightly browned. Remove and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic. Stir in flour and cook 1 minute.
  5. Slowly whisk in chicken broth, then add cream, parmesan, Italian seasoning, and paprika.
  6. Simmer until slightly thickened, then stir in lemon juice.
  7. Place chicken thighs in a baking dish and pour creamy sauce over them.
  8. Bake 25–30 minutes until chicken is cooked through and sauce is bubbling.
  9. Garnish with parsley and serve warm.

Notes

For deeper flavor, add mushrooms or spinach to the sauce. Serve over mashed potatoes or pasta.
