  • 0.75 cup mayonnaise
  • 0.5 cup parmesan cheese finely grated
  • 0.25 cup milk or cream
  • 1 tbsp white wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1.5 tsp black pepper freshly cracked
  • 0.5 tsp salt adjust to taste

Method
 

  1. Whisk mayonnaise, milk, and vinegar until smooth.
  2. Add mustard and garlic powder; whisk to combine.
  3. Stir in parmesan cheese until thickened.
  4. Mix in cracked pepper and salt.
  5. Chill at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

Best flavor develops after chilling.
