- Season chicken with salt and pepper. Sear in butter and oil for 4–5 minutes per side until golden. Remove from pan.
- In the same skillet, sauté garlic, then add ranch seasoning.
- Whisk in chicken broth and heavy cream. Add cream cheese and Parmesan, stirring until smooth.
- Return chicken to the pan, spoon sauce over, and simmer 5–7 minutes until cooked through.
- Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
