Ingredients
  

Chicken
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • salt and pepper to taste
Sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 oz ranch seasoning mix 1 packet or 3 tbsp homemade
  • 0.5 cup chicken broth
  • 0.75 cup heavy cream
  • 2 oz cream cheese softened
  • 0.25 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard optional
  • fresh parsley or chives for garnish

Method
 

  1. Season chicken with salt and pepper. Sear in butter and oil for 4–5 minutes per side until golden. Remove from pan.
  2. In the same skillet, sauté garlic, then add ranch seasoning.
  3. Whisk in chicken broth and heavy cream. Add cream cheese and Parmesan, stirring until smooth.
  4. Return chicken to the pan, spoon sauce over, and simmer 5–7 minutes until cooked through.
  5. Garnish with parsley and serve hot.

Notes

Serve with mashed potatoes, rice, or noodles. Add crispy bacon for a smoky twist.
