- Season shrimp with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Sear shrimp in olive oil for 1–2 minutes per side and set aside.
- Melt butter in skillet and sauté garlic for 30 seconds.
- Add orzo and toast for 1 minute.
- Pour in chicken broth and Italian seasoning; simmer 10 minutes.
- Add heavy cream, Parmesan, and lemon zest; stir until creamy.
- Stir in chopped spinach until wilted.
- Return shrimp to skillet and simmer 1–2 minutes.
Notes
Add cherry tomatoes or red pepper flakes for extra color or heat.
