Method
- Pat chicken dry and season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear chicken 4–5 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream and chicken broth. Simmer 2–3 minutes.
- Whisk in Parmesan cheese until smooth. Season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
- Add spinach and cook until wilted, about 2 minutes.
- Return chicken to skillet and spoon sauce over top. Simmer 2–3 minutes.
- Garnish with parsley and serve immediately.
Notes
For thicker sauce, simmer longer or add a cornstarch slurry. Serve over pasta or rice.
