Ingredients
  

Pasta
  • 12 oz pasta
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 5 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 can crushed tomatoes 14-15 oz
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese grated

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente.
  2. Sauté garlic in olive oil until fragrant.
  3. Add crushed tomatoes and simmer.
  4. Stir in cream and seasonings.
  5. Add Parmesan and cooked pasta, toss to coat.

Notes

Reserve pasta water to adjust sauce consistency.
