Cracker Dough
  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1 egg large
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder or seasoning of choice

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine almond flour, salt, and garlic powder in a bowl.
  3. Add egg and olive oil. Mix until dough forms a cohesive ball.
  4. Roll dough thinly between two pieces of parchment paper.
  5. Score dough into cracker-sized squares with a knife or pizza cutter.
  6. Transfer parchment to a baking sheet and bake 12–17 minutes until golden.
  7. Cool completely before breaking apart and serving.

Notes

For extra crispy crackers, bake an additional 1–2 minutes. Store in airtight container.
