Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine almond flour, salt, and garlic powder in a bowl.
- Add egg and olive oil. Mix until dough forms a cohesive ball.
- Roll dough thinly between two pieces of parchment paper.
- Score dough into cracker-sized squares with a knife or pizza cutter.
- Transfer parchment to a baking sheet and bake 12–17 minutes until golden.
- Cool completely before breaking apart and serving.
Notes
For extra crispy crackers, bake an additional 1–2 minutes. Store in airtight container.
