- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix shredded chicken, mozzarella, garlic powder, paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Place filling onto tortillas and roll tightly into wraps.
- Brush wraps lightly with olive oil.
- Air fry seam-side down for 6–8 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
- Rest briefly, slice, and serve warm.
Notes
Avoid overfilling wraps to prevent bursting. Flip halfway for even crisping.
