  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp paprika
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper

Method

  2. Slice zucchini thin and pat dry.
