Zucchini Chips
  • 2 zucchini thinly sliced
  • 1.5 tbsp olive oil
  • 0.5 cup breadcrumbs
  • 0.33 cup parmesan cheese grated
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp paprika
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line baking sheets.
  2. Slice zucchini thin and pat dry.
  3. Toss zucchini lightly with olive oil.
  4. Mix breadcrumbs, parmesan, and seasonings.
  5. Coat zucchini slices and arrange in a single layer.
  6. Bake 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway.
  7. Cool slightly before serving.
