Ingredients
  

Flatbread Base
  • 2-3 store-bought flatbreads or naan
  • 1-2 tbsp olive oil for brushing
Toppings
  • 4 oz Brie cheese sliced
  • 0.5 cup cranberries fresh or dried
  • 1-2 tsp honey for drizzling
  • to taste fresh thyme leaves for garnish
  • optional chopped walnuts or pecans

Equipment

  • Parchment paper
  • Knife

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Brush flatbreads lightly with olive oil on both sides.
  3. Layer Brie slices evenly on flatbread, scatter cranberries, and optional nuts.
  4. Bake for 10–12 minutes until cheese is melted and flatbread edges are golden.
  5. Remove from oven, drizzle with honey, and sprinkle fresh thyme.
  6. Slice into portions and serve warm.

Notes

Best served immediately to enjoy crispy texture. Can prep toppings ahead of time.
