Method
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Brush flatbreads lightly with olive oil on both sides.
- Layer Brie slices evenly on flatbread, scatter cranberries, and optional nuts.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes until cheese is melted and flatbread edges are golden.
- Remove from oven, drizzle with honey, and sprinkle fresh thyme.
- Slice into portions and serve warm.
Notes
Best served immediately to enjoy crispy texture. Can prep toppings ahead of time.
