Pasta Chips
  • 3 cups cooked short pasta al dente
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 0.5 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 0.5 tsp paprika
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cook pasta until al dente, drain well, and allow excess moisture to evaporate.
  3. Toss pasta with olive oil, Parmesan, and seasonings until evenly coated.
  4. Spread pasta in a single layer on the baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 25–35 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
  6. Cool slightly, adjust seasoning, and serve.

Notes

For extra crispiness, ensure pasta is completely dry before baking and avoid overcrowding the pan.
