  • 1.5 lbs Brussels sprouts halved
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. Trim and halve Brussels sprouts.
  3. Toss with oil, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  4. Arrange cut-side down on baking sheet.
  5. Roast 20–25 minutes until crispy.
  6. Add Parmesan in last 5 minutes.
  7. Serve hot.

Notes

Do not overcrowd the pan for best crispiness.
