- Preheat oven to 425°F.
- Trim and halve Brussels sprouts.
- Toss with oil, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Arrange cut-side down on baking sheet.
- Roast 20–25 minutes until crispy.
- Add Parmesan in last 5 minutes.
- Serve hot.
Notes
Do not overcrowd the pan for best crispiness.
