Ingredients
  

  • 1 green cabbage large
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp paprika
  • 0.75 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper

Method
 

  1. Slice cabbage into thick steaks and brush with olive oil.
  2. Season evenly with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Roast at 425°F (220°C) for 25 minutes, flip, then roast 15 more minutes, or air fry until crispy.
