Method
- Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix breadcrumbs, turmeric, garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Whisk eggs with olive oil in another bowl.
- Dip chicken in egg mixture then coat with breadcrumb mixture.
- Place coated tenders on baking sheet and lightly spray with oil.
- Bake 18–22 minutes flipping halfway until golden and cooked through.
Notes
Serve with yogurt garlic dip or honey mustard. For extra crunch use crushed gluten-free cornflakes.
