Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 12 oz fettuccine pasta dry
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1.5 cups Parmesan cheese freshly grated
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

Method
 

  1. Grease slow cooker and add seasoned chicken.
  2. Add garlic, butter, broth, and cream.
  3. Cook on LOW for 4 hours.
  4. Shred chicken and stir in Parmesan.
  5. Add pasta and cook until tender.
  6. Rest briefly before serving.

Notes

Use freshly grated Parmesan for best sauce texture.
