Ingredients
  

  • 3 lb chicken drumsticks
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 0.5 tsp dried oregano
  • to taste salt
  • to taste black pepper
  • optional barbecue sauce for brushing

Equipment

  • Slow cooker
  • Baking sheet (optional)

Method
 

  1. Pat chicken drumsticks dry and toss with olive oil and seasonings.
  2. Arrange drumsticks in the slow cooker.
  3. Cover and cook on LOW until chicken is tender and cooked through.
  4. Brush with barbecue sauce if using.
  5. Optional: Broil briefly to crisp the skin.
  6. Serve hot with desired sides.

Notes

For crispier skin, broil for 3–5 minutes after slow cooking.
