- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Whisk together flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon in a bowl.
- Mix melted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
- Add egg, vanilla, mashed bananas, and sour cream; mix until combined.
- Fold in dry ingredients just until combined.
- Scoop large cookie portions onto baking sheets and flatten slightly.
- Bake 11–14 minutes until edges are set. Cool completely.
- Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla, and milk to make glaze.
- Glaze cooled cookies and let set before serving.
Notes
For best flavor, use very ripe bananas and do not overbake.
