Ingredients
  

  • 6 eggs large
  • 0.75 cup heavy cream or milk
  • 1 cup cooked ham diced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets chopped
  • 1 cup shredded cheese cheddar or Swiss
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease baking dish.
  2. Layer broccoli, ham, and cheese evenly in dish.
  3. Whisk eggs, cream, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour egg mixture over fillings.
  5. Bake 35–40 minutes until set and lightly golden.
