  • 3 cups cooked chicken chopped or shredded
  • 0.75 cup dill pickles finely chopped
  • 0.5 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp pickle juice
  • 0.5 cup celery finely diced
  • 2 tbsp red onion minced
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill chopped

Method
 

  1. Chop or shred cooked chicken into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Finely dice pickles, celery, and red onion.
  3. Mix mayonnaise and pickle juice until smooth.
