Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
- Cook noodles until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large bowl, mix soups, sour cream, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and pepper.
- Add chicken, peas, carrots, and noodles. Stir gently to coat.
- Pour mixture into prepared dish and top with cheese.
- Mix breadcrumbs with melted butter and sprinkle on top.
- Bake uncovered 30–35 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
- Rest 10 minutes before serving. Garnish with parsley.
Notes
You can assemble this casserole a day ahead and refrigerate until baking. Add 10 minutes to bake time if cold from fridge.
