- Brew a strong cup of Earl Grey tea and steep briefly with culinary lavender. Strain and cool completely.
- Add cooled tea, vanilla ice cream, milk, honey or sugar, vanilla extract, and lemon zest to a blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy, adjusting milk for desired thickness.
- Pour into glasses and serve immediately, optionally topped with whipped cream.
Notes
