Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup strong brewed Earl Grey tea cooled
  • 0.25 tsp culinary dried lavender
  • 3 cups vanilla ice cream
  • 0.5 cup whole milk adjust for thickness
  • 2 tbsp honey or sugar to taste
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 0.25 tsp lemon zest optional

Method
 

  1. Brew a strong cup of Earl Grey tea and steep briefly with culinary lavender. Strain and cool completely.
  2. Add cooled tea, vanilla ice cream, milk, honey or sugar, vanilla extract, and lemon zest to a blender.
  3. Blend until smooth and creamy, adjusting milk for desired thickness.
  4. Pour into glasses and serve immediately, optionally topped with whipped cream.

Notes

Use culinary lavender sparingly to avoid overpowering the drink.
