Ingredients
  

  • 4 slices bread thick cut
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter softened
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
  • 0.25 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp parmesan cheese optional

Equipment

  • Air fryer
  • Small mixing bowl
  • Butter knife or spatula

Method
 

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix butter, olive oil, garlic, parsley, and salt.
  3. Spread mixture evenly over bread slices.
  4. Place bread in air fryer basket.
  5. Air fry for 5–7 minutes until golden.
  6. Add cheese if desired and cook 1–2 minutes more.

Notes

Watch closely during the final minute to prevent over-browning.
