- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheet.
- Cream butter and brown sugar until smooth.
- Mix in egg until thick and glossy.
- Scoop dough onto baking sheet and flatten slightly.
- Bake 10–12 minutes and cool before serving.
Notes
For extra chew, use dark brown sugar and slightly underbake.
