- Preheat oven to 375°F and lightly grease a baking dish with cooking spray or olive oil.
- Pat chicken breasts dry with paper towels and arrange in a single layer in the prepared baking dish.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together honey, dijon mustard, olive oil, minced garlic, parsley, oregano, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes until smooth.
- Pour the honey dijon mixture over chicken breasts, coating each piece generously on all sides.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, basting chicken with pan juices halfway through cooking.
- Check internal temperature with an instant-read thermometer – chicken should reach 165°F in the thickest part.
- Remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
- Serve with steamed or roasted broccoli and drizzle remaining pan sauce over chicken.
Notes
For extra caramelization, broil for 2-3 minutes at the end of cooking. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
