Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 small onion diced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp taco seasoning
  • 0.5 cup tomato sauce
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1.5 cups shredded cheese cheddar or Mexican blend

Method
 

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Cook ground beef until browned, breaking it apart.
  3. Add onion and garlic; cook until softened.
  4. Stir in taco seasoning and tomato sauce; simmer briefly.
  5. Warm tortillas until pliable.
  6. Fill tortillas with beef and cheese.
  7. Roll tightly into burritos and serve warm.

Notes

Do not overfill tortillas to ensure tight wrapping.
