Ingredients
  

Bibimbap Base
  • 4 cups cooked white rice warm
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1.5 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 cup carrots julienned
  • 1 cup zucchini sliced
  • 2 cups spinach
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 tbsp gochujang adjust to taste

Method
 

  1. Cook rice and keep warm.
  2. Brown ground beef in a skillet.
  3. Season beef with garlic, soy sauce, and sesame oil.
  4. Sauté vegetables separately until tender.
  5. Fry eggs to desired doneness.
  6. Assemble bowls with rice, beef, vegetables, and egg.
