Ham & Cheese Pie
  • 1 cup diced ham cooked
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 0.5 cup mozzarella or Swiss optional, shredded
  • 0.25 cup onion diced, optional
  • 1 cup milk
  • 0.5 cup Bisquick mix
  • 3 eggs large
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 0.25 tsp salt

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Grease a 9-inch pie dish.
  2. Layer diced ham, cheddar cheese, mozzarella or Swiss, and onions in the dish.
  3. Whisk milk, Bisquick, eggs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour mixture evenly over the ham and cheese.
  5. Bake 35–40 minutes until golden and set.
  6. Let rest 5–10 minutes before slicing.

Notes

Use leftover holiday ham for extra flavor.
