Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb pizza dough
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter melted
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1.5 cups mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 0.25 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp parsley chopped

  • Baking sheet

  • Pizza cutter or knife

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line baking sheet with parchment.
  2. Mix melted butter with minced garlic.
  3. Roll dough into rectangle and place on baking sheet.
  4. Brush with garlic butter.
  5. Top with mozzarella, Parmesan, seasoning, and salt.
  6. Bake 12–15 minutes until golden and bubbly.
  7. Slice into sticks and garnish with parsley.

Notes

For extra crisp edges, brush the outer crust with additional butter before baking.
