Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cooked chicken shredded or diced
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 package cheddar bay biscuit mix
  • 0.5 cup milk for biscuit topping
  • 0.25 cup butter melted
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. Layer chicken and vegetables in the dish.
  3. Whisk soup and milk, then pour over chicken.

  5. Mix biscuit topping ingredients just until combined.
  6. Spoon topping over filling and drizzle with butter.
