- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
- Combine chicken, sour cream, onion, seasoning, and half the cheese.
- Warm tortillas until pliable.
- Fill tortillas, roll tightly, and place seam-side down in dish.
- Pour enchilada sauce over the top and sprinkle with remaining cheese.
- Bake until bubbly and cheese is melted.
- Rest briefly before serving.
