Method
- Cook pasta in salted water and add broccoli during the last 2-3 minutes. Reserve 1/2 cup pasta water.
- Sauté garlic in olive oil.
- Add heavy cream and simmer briefly.
- Stir in Parmesan and seasonings until smooth.
- Toss pasta and broccoli with sauce, adding pasta water as needed. Serve warm.
Notes
Add pasta water gradually for perfect creamy consistency.
