Pasta
  • 12 oz fettuccine pasta
Sauce
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1.5 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese freshly grated

Method
 

  1. Cook fettuccine until al dente.

Notes

Add reserved pasta water gradually for perfect sauce consistency.
