Ingredients
  

Main
  • 2 lbs chicken boneless skinless
  • 1 cup soy sauce
  • 0.5 cup brown sugar
  • 0.25 cup honey
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp ginger grated
  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • 3 tbsp water

Equipment

  • Crock-Pot
  • Mixing bowls
  • Whisk
  • Tongs or forks

Method
 

  1. Place chicken in crock pot.
  2. Mix sauce ingredients and pour over chicken.
  3. Cook on low 5–6 hours or high 3–4 hours.
  4. Remove and shred chicken.
  5. Add cornstarch slurry and thicken sauce.
  6. Return chicken and coat with sauce.

Notes

Add vegetables or spice for variation. Best served over rice.
