Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9×5 loaf pan.
- Whisk flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and orange zest.
- Add cranberries and toss to coat.
- Mix eggs, melted butter, buttermilk, vanilla, and orange juice in a separate bowl.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients and mix gently.
- Pour into loaf pan and bake 50–60 minutes.
- Whisk glaze ingredients and drizzle over cooled bread.
Notes
Frozen cranberries do not need to be thawed.
