Method
- Bring water to a gentle simmer in a saucepan.
- Add dried wakame and allow it to rehydrate.
- Gently add tofu and warm through.
- Dissolve miso paste in a small bowl with hot broth.
- Remove soup from heat and stir in dissolved miso.
- Garnish with green onions and serve immediately.
Notes
Do not boil after adding miso to preserve flavor and nutrients.
