Ingredients
  

Burrito Filling
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1.5 cups cooked rice
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
Assembly
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 2 cups shredded cheese cheddar or blend
  • 2 tbsp butter for grilling

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Cook ground beef in skillet until browned and season well.
  2. Stir cooked rice into beef mixture and remove from heat.
  3. Fill tortillas with cheese, beef mixture, and more cheese.
  4. Roll burritos tightly, folding in sides.
  5. Grill burritos in butter until golden and crispy on all sides.

Notes

Serve immediately for best texture and melted cheese.
