Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 3 fillets anchovy or 1 tsp anchovy paste
  • 2 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese finely grated
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper freshly ground
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Method
 

  1. Mash garlic and anchovies into a smooth paste.
  2. Whisk together mayonnaise, Dijon, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, and Parmesan.
  3. Gradually whisk in olive oil until smooth and creamy.
  4. Season with black pepper, adjust to taste, and chill before serving.

Notes

Refrigerate in a sealed jar for up to 7 days. Shake well before each use.
