Ingredients
  

  • 1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
  • 1 can whole kernel corn drained
  • 1 can creamed corn
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 0.5 cup butter melted
  • 2 eggs large

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients until just mixed.
  3. Pour batter into prepared baking dish and smooth the top.
  4. Bake until golden and set in the center.
  5. Rest briefly before serving.

Notes

Add shredded cheese or jalapeños for variation.
